During Your Service
We want every customer to have a smooth experience. We can communicate via text, email, or in person based on your preference. Our owner knows limited ASL and can communicate with deaf or hard of hearing customers, understanding the unique needs of the deaf community.
If you use a wheelchair, mobility aid, or other accessibility equipment that cannot be left inside during treatment, we will steam and vacuum it at no extra charge as part of our vehicle and belongings service.
If you have specific needs or concerns about your appointment, reach out ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
